The Covid response (or lack of) was co-ordinated globally.
World leaders (G20) all agreed that they would put the economy first and they embraced any analysis that showed Covid was no longer a problem for most people.
It is a global, co-ordinated failure to protect citizens.

This month is the anniversary of my uncle tackling a hijacker on a plane and holding him down for 9 hours from Bahrain to New Jersey! This happened on Northwest Airlines flight 1051 on September 28, 2000, a year BEFORE 9/11 happened. I always thought this story should have gotten more attention
