I feel like KPP should be goal oriented. I think having goals for streams also helps creators grow and get ppl in their streams and interacting.. It basically could be like a sliding scale that we can see-- -When I worked at the salon for commission, if we hit $2000 in services in 2 weeks, our commission % went up. Instead of 50/50 it became 60/40 Say you reach 50 subs in the first 2 weeks You then can start making $5/hour (Again, just an example) It could honestly be seperated from our weekly payments from the 95/5 split Maybe we get a payment every 2 weeks while still being paid weekly from subs & kicks..? A sliding scale would also let everyone know transparency and wouldn't make ppl guess on what they're making. Idk, I'm just brainstorming Sound off if you wanna brain storm too!

I genuinely do NOT care what your beliefs are with A.I but you should NEVER put someone else through A.I without their permission.

The streaming world is inconsistent.. Disappointment is everywhere. Some can work for hours on end and NOT see a dime.. and then.. Some can just hit the "start streaming" and make thousands.. It really does suck. Unfollow/mute the ones that turn your stomach. Remember that you are human. You're allowed to feel emotions. Just don't let it turn you into a bitter person🫂

maybe I just have a hard time forming "emotional" attachments to platforms.. I'm thankful for opportunities that I have been given and it's been cool being a part of the growth of platforms... But I'm just not as shocked when it comes to a business is going to business.. Sure, I can be disappointed... but yea, it doesn't ruin my "reason for creating content" 🫤 One of my favorite content creators was streaming on YT and one of his vods got taken down of streaming Hellraiser and he got a 90 day warning.. while others have their VODs still up... You're going to run into disappointment EVERYWHERE. Keep your head down and continue on ❤️

Does it get easier when you talk to your parents and they talk about being "old"? Was just on the phone with my dad and started crying because he's the oldest in the group of men that he goes golfing with.. 🫪
