I love when the WNBA and MNBA teams from the same city share a theme.
Washington: Mystics & Wizards
Phoenix: Mercury & Suns
Golden State: Valkyries & Warriors
and now…
Houston: Comets & Rockets

What makes this even more hilarious is that Sephora isn’t just a normal corporate sponsor of the Golden State Valkyries, but they are THE original founding partner and the official beauty partner of the Valks…(1/2)

NEW 📝📝📝:
The eve of a close-out Finals game is a peculiar place to be emotionally with the job not done and so much pressure in the air.
But what comes to mind for the Valkyries, when they reflect on their journey here is simple— BBQs at Gabby Williams’ house, visiting the Burton family home, Top Golf, everything they did together.

I love the Valkyries culture because Nat and the team would never do this. Maybe take accountability for the way your team played that lead to a loss.
The refs aren’t responsible for your team going 19-65 or having 17 turnovers.
Angel Reese on the officiating:
"I would definitely say last game...there was also a possession where Gabby pulled me on purpose and she was screaming foul foul, foul and they didn't call it. So that definitely was frustrating for sure. And her team is saying it and they're all screaming foul, but the refs, I don't know what's going on why they can't hear it. And I know I have the mismatch, especially we were talking about matchups. So when I do switch on the post and I'm a lot stronger than the opponent, I should be able to turn and they're calling offensive foul, but I'm getting pushed before that. So that is frustrating for sure. It definitely shifted when we went up 2-1 and things shifted and I don't know what happened, but it definitely took a big turn"

i fucking hate to do this bc i dearly love angel but yall are acting like its just against ATL when in reality the refs are just inconsistent/bad on both ends. so damn hypocritical all the time. perfectly content to ignore bad reffing when it benefits you

LMFAO and his team's fanbase called the Valks whiny when they've barely said anything about the officiating that has favored the Dream all series, and was finally called evenly today.
FT disparity gonna be 55 to 7 next game just the way ATL wants it to be.
