Ok Twitter, I did the hard work
I dug through the Virginia Department of Elections early vote spreadsheet to get the answer everyone is looking for
5 people early voted in @SmallSliver
3 by mail and 2 in-person
The second column indicates district

.#VA07 have you voted early?
If you live in the @SmallSliver, you can vote early at the #AlbemarleCounty office!

I dropped by the @SmallSliver polling place today to check in on the #VA07 primaries. As of about 3:30ish pm, only 8 people had voted and out 5 people were turned away for not technically being residents of the Small Sliver of Albemarle.

How county officials prepare for a primary w/ 35 registered voters.
Great article by @craftypanda all about the small sliver
I will be the only part of Albemarle that will have a state run primary in 2022 for GOP VA-7 race
Only 35 voters in the small sliver are the ones in Albemarle that get to cast a traditional ballot

Though it's still unclear if Virginia's House of Delegates are going to have to run again this year, the new maps might be good news for Charlottesville/Albemarle-area democrats. My latest features a breakdown of map changes and a shoutout to @SmallSliver

Looks like the @SmallSliver could get more snow than the rest of the county.
Good Saturday morning, friends. Sunday/Monday storm forecast and threats for central Virginia remain unchanged. It’s going to be a mess.
More updates coming later today. @AJWillyWX @FranklinSpainWx @CBS19Weather

The small sliver of Albemarle in the upper northwest corner was handed by the special masters to the 7th CD. It does resemble Bath. He and Rep. Spanberger can hobnob there on shared territory perhaps in the westernmost congressional rural land boasting a D in the Commonwealth.

The small sliver of Albemarle county that's in the new VA07 contains 25% of an amphitheater. Even more of a reason to visit.

To be the envy of the rest of Albemarle County #VA07
