SmartViz x University of Oxford = De-risking Estate Strategy with Real-time Intelligence We’re proud to be working with the University of Oxford to drive efficiency, sustainability, and cultural change across their historic campus. Beginning as a small pilot, the project has now identified significant, deliverable savings in operational budgets regarding surplus space and its servicing costs across 20 buildings and 200,000+ square meters on campus. SmartViz’s platform integrated data from low-cost occupancy and environmental sensors with existing systems like Cisco Webex, creating a continuous, real-time view of how the Oxford estate is used.
