- Peltola aides ordered a staffer in summer 2025 to comb Alaska voter rolls for "as many people named Dan Sullivan" as possible
- Operatives ran a secret "ballot composition project" with Peltola campaign lawyers and senior DSCC aides in Washington
- A Midwest operative using a fake name traveled to remote Alaskan towns to recruit retired teacher Dan J. Sullivan and contractor Gerald Heikes as spoilers
- Former campaign manager Elisa Rios confirmed on the record that Peltola was "definitely aware" of the scheme
