@benjaminkenon try Sign out in both: Settings > iCloud > Sign Out Settings > iTunes & App Store Try to get item and it will prompt to log on
@benjaminkenon is there an error? Family sharing shouldn't affect the app in any way. Have you tried downloading other apps?
I predict this will be released during the evening rush hour today.
