At least 7-8 protesters have interrupted Trump’s rally so far. In Texas. Wow.

You probably don't know who this fucker is. But he is the most powerful man in the US. He's the key architect behind Trump's Project 2025 fascist manifesto. His name is Russ Vought. And he is a cunt.

The man that incited an insurrection against his own country will most certainly try to steal this election. We need to be ready with every possible legal counter-measure. Remember these three key points. 1 - It will happen. 2 - We will stand up. 3 - He will fail.

Why is Trump shouting out Russ Vought and saying, "we have some big surprises coming up in a few weeks, right Russ? He's gonna be one of the important people in the history of our country." Remember when they told us Project 2025 was fake? It’s not.

At 28 years old, a young man decided to walk 25 miles in a single day. Not for exercise. He was walking the length of his district, stopping along the way to talk to people and hear what was happening in their lives. By the time he was halfway through, something was very wrong. He was exhausted, nauseated and vomiting. But he kept walking. He finished the 25 miles and went home. Then he slept for 36 hours. His parents, alarmed by this, took him to the emergency room where they found out his blood sugar was 900. The young man had undiagnosed Type 1 diabetes and was in diabetic ketoacidosis, a life-threatening condition that can lead to coma and death without treatment. He was then rushed to the ICU. But thankfully, that young man survived, and story doesn’t end there. Once he was able to leave the hospital, he needed regular insulin to stay alive. His first 30-day supply cost $684. Young men his age don’t carry that kind of money. So he put it on a credit card. And that experience changed the direction of James Talarico’s young life. Since then, James has been fighting for people who need insulin and other lifesaving medications in order to live, and pushing for legislation to make those drugs more affordable. Working for the people, not Big Pharma. James Talarico is who Texas needs.

This is oligarchy: If you paid $1 in income taxes in 2019, 2020 or 2023, you paid more than Larry Page & Sergey Brin, Google’s co-founders, who became $400 billion richer since 2019. Now, Brin is spending $138 million to oppose a 5% billionaire wealth tax in CA. Disgusting.

According to a new Quinnipiac poll: β€’ 91% of Americans think it's important to put guardrails on AI β€’ 73% worry AI could threaten humanity β€’ 72% oppose new data centers in their community. So what have Republicans in Congress done to regulate AI over the past two years? NOTHING.

THIS IS FUCKING INSANE… Net interest on the debt is $1.05 trillion this fiscal year. The deficit is $1.97 trillion. Which means 53% of everything the US borrowed this year was borrowed to pay interest on what it already borrowed. There's a word for that and it isn't "sustainable."

Trump administration refuses international election monitors for first time in over 2 decades. The decision not to invite observers from the OSCE puts the U.S. alongside Russia and Belarus, while the Justice Department prepares to deploy its own poll monitors. ms.now/news/trump-midterms-o…
