Big news as Aviva Investors announces the launch of a tokenized share class of the Aviva Investors Sterling (GBP) Liquidity Fund on the XRP Ledger.
The Sterling (GBP) Liquidity Fund is Aviva Investorsβ largest fund at around Β£22 billion in assets under management, and this move marks an expansion of Aviva Investorsβ tokenised fund offering, following the launch of its tokenized USD Liquidity Fund in July.
Investors receive the same protections as those in the conventional fund, which was initially launched in 2002.
Markets are moving to 24/7 access and real-time settlement. This is what that looks like in practice.
