🧟 BRAAAINS! AI can generate code. But knowing what to build, solving the hard problems and challenging the output? That takes brains. The future isn't just automated. It's engineered. 🎃 Happy Halloween from Smoothstack! #HappyHalloween #AINativeEngineering

Most AI initiatives don't stall in the pilot. They stall right after it, when the tool meets legacy systems and security reviews. That's the messy middle. Smoothstack's new Insights piece: 4 signs your team is stuck there. #AIAdoption #EnterpriseAI #Smoothstack

Most companies didn't fail at skills-first hiring. They stopped too early: they dropped the degree requirement and kept the same process. Removing a line from a job description isn't a pipeline. #SkillsBasedHiring
On paper, skills won. 57% of U.S. employers surveyed say they've eliminated degree requirements, but fewer than 1 in 700 hires benefited.

A Smoothstack moment: Realizing your career can change before your title does. It happens when someone asks what you think. Trusts you to lead. Starts relying on your judgment. Those moments don’t always make the résumé. But they’re often the moment a job starts becoming a career. #Smoothstack #CareerGrowth
