As The Surge transitions into a monthly tournament series, EVC is seeking an exclusive platform to serve as its home. We welcome interest from tournament platforms looking to collaborate, and if we’ve been in touch before, we encourage you to reconnect with us. My DMs are open and let's make T2/T3 EMEA great again.

LFT/LFO as HC/AC Returning to valorant after a few months, been coaching under the radar a bit. Mostly looking for higher VRC rosters with potential. Focusing on Strats, fundamentals and communication/organisation but can help with individual play as well. DM if interested

Genuinely super good thread for all the aspiring IGLs (and coaches!) Being a leader is a personality, not something you can just pick up and put down as and when you want to lead by example, give 120%, and most importantly be human, and aware that your team are human too

As an IGL, you have to understand your job is not only to call strats but to be a leader at any time of the day. Your team trusts you and you need to be the guiding light in the dark and solid as a rock in your mental game. In order to that, a little thread that might help you:
