The part that breaks is the handoff. URLs too long for a class notice, read out one character at a time while 28 tablets wait.
I built Joo.is for that last step. Long links become short links and QR codes. Related materials sit in one list you share as a single read-only link, and the original permissions never change. A Chrome side panel lets you save a page without leaving it.
