Thanks for checking out Portentum - Play on Steam!
"Defold let us keep the whole thing extremely lean, to the point where the game launches in milliseconds."
We discovered a new awesome game #MadeWithDefold by @SnowfallGamesX:
Portentum - an upcoming deck-building auto battler set in a world full of cryptids and mysterious beasts! 🎲
In their latest dev blog, they highlight what makes Defold a great fit for indie studios:
⚡ Lightning-fast startup and lightweight builds
🛠️ Developer-friendly workflows for small teams
🆓 Completely free, with no royalties, revenue share, or runtime fees
We love seeing developers take advantage of Defold's performance and freedom to focus on what matters most: making great games! ❤️

I couldn't be more thrilled to see such extraordinary interest from Japan!
犯人はお前だ!
(Did that translate correctly? It should say "You are the culprit!". We are still working on getting all of our text localized! 😅 )

Twelve friends is a lot to have! I don't even know if I have that many...
Rest assured, we will be launching with matchmaking!
ALSO! It Was You can also be played with groups as small as 5. We find 12 optimal, but our playtests have proven it's still a blast with 5.
