@SoftballIndian I love Clarksville softball for many reasons and Paige is one of them.
If someone asks, why do you love IA High School sports? Just share this post and ask them to watch this 30 second video.
Paige Kampman from Clarksville IA state softball interview by @ChadHarberts from the WCF Courier and our SGI team. Before you watch the video, you should know the backstory.
Paige is a senior and star of last year's Clarksville's state title run in softball. She suffered a severe knee injury in her last high school BB sub-state game and could not play softball this year.
Paige showed up to every practice and every game after graduating from HS to be there on the bench, and help her teammates win another title knowing the injury prevented her from playing. Awesome stuff. #IowaGirl @blenny10 @midwestsportstv @JordanCole43 @WJReyerson @mschrocka @BowserVPSA @PSchiltzMSplus

Wow!! We have been so blessed with many girls making the All-State team! What an honor. Congratulations girls!
Congratulations to our Hannah Wangsness for being voted the 2026 Conference Player of the Year! Hannah led the conference in batting average, slugging percentage, hits, total bases, and only had TWO errors as a shortstop!
THANK YOU to Iowa Central for paying for our meal last night and hosting teams in the dorms this week. Our girls LOVE staying in the dorms and making friends with the other teams.
