woke up. was using tape to patch hole on air mattress. cat was messing at tape. go to stop cat. turns out tape peeled and had become a glue trap. big ass cockroach on air mat glue trap tape. put it out of misery. have to remove tape because its covered in roach gore. bruh. 😑
what curse is this, that eldritch beast I have lured that so robs me of sleep? Is it any wonder that the soul feasts on delusion when starved of rest. My skin teems with unseen, skittering masses and a vacuous rain enshrouds the siren song of my mind's peace. I call you hunger.
some days illness feels like a coin toss where heads and tails both take my day away and I'm trying to land the coin on its rim.
I accidently bought chunky peanut butter and seedless jam and now my pbj sandwiches are the same flavor but a disorientingly different texture. The worst part is I like it... this feels sinful.
I have gorged myself reading Dungeon Meshi and am totally satisfied. What a lovely read. Incredibly unique and delicious world building. Length and pacing were both perfect. Characters were just... chef's kiss. Easily recommend to anyone who enjoys fantasy and a heartfelt story.
