You bring out the best parts of me.

The best thing about roleplay is that so long as it doesnโt ignore the canon, we can headcanon just about anything.
That said I know very little of the lore so Iโm mostly relying on other people to guide me in this series.

To be fully transparent, I posses very limited knowledge about Sonic lore. My bread and butter is Pokemon. So Iโll make mistakes but Iโm willing to learn the lore and heighten my Blaze portrayal.
Entirely possible. The details donโt have to match perfectly. It just seems odd to me that Chaos would have a Master emerald but Sol would not.

Blaze isnโt a rival to Sonic. Sheโs the Sonic of her world, an alternate counterpart to him. She doesnโt challenge his ideals, rather, his bonds challenge herโs. She learns she doesnโt need to isolate herself and close off her heart, that she can be open and free like he is
โ
Whatโs more is sheโs not just her worldโs Sonic. Sheโs her worldโs Knuckles too. Guardian of the Sol Emeralds and Iโd believe there would be a Master Sol Emerald as well to parallel the Master and Chaos Emeralds.
Sheโs playing two roles Sonicโs world splits.

Mind you Blaze is not a Sonic rival.
Sheโs a Sonic parallel, yes, but she never once goes out of her way to challenge Sonic. She doesnโt push him towards anything. She fought Sonic in Rush because that was for her mission and she thought he was in her way.
They are compatibleโ
Shadow is Sonic's best rival because he's the only truly complete rival. He challenges him in every category that matters: physical ability, ideology, identity, worldview, narrative weight.
The others either fall into limited roles or have their core tension with Sonic resolved. nitter.cf/Xhaos_k/status/2056550โฆ

Munching on coffee beans curled up into a ball atop @SolianPrincessโs lap. He is comfortable. Should anyone spot them, he will kill them.
Simple.

his most vulnerable side.
#WCW for @SolianPrincess.
Staring out over the town theyโre spending the night at, the princess resides in deep thought as she leans over the balcony rail.
