What if you’re not losing your motivation, but running out of room to breathe? Burnout doesn’t always arrive as a breakdown. Sometimes, it’s the growing distance between what you’re expected to give and what you actually have left to give. It’s answering emails while mentally exhausted. Showing up while feeling disconnected. Resting, but still feeling guilty about everything you haven’t done. And sometimes, the answer isn’t a better routine, another productivity hack, or learning to manage your time more efficiently. Sometimes, it’s asking a harder question: What has been taking more from me than I can sustainably give? Recognising burnout isn’t about doing less for the sake of it. It’s about recognising when something needs to change before exhaustion becomes your normal. You deserve a life that doesn’t require you to constantly recover from living it. #rwoT #rwanda #wellness

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected, and how changing unhelpful thought patterns can support your mental wellbeing. You can’t always control what happens, but you can learn new ways to respond.

A little reminder to you. You don’t have to have it all figured out, and you don’t need to be where everyone else is. Growth takes time. Give yourself grace, trust your journey, and remember: you’re not behind, you’re becoming.✨

Financial planning starts with intentional spending. It's about prioritizing what *you* truly want, not what others expect. Define your own spending list, free from external influence, and avoid impulsive, reactive purchases. #FinancialPlanning #IntentionalSpending

We appreciate Wilhelmine Mushambokazi from @SolidMindsRw for joining another episode of #WellnessAndRelationships on #KigaliInTheMorning. The discussion explored the emotional challenges of pregnancy and becoming a parent, including anxiety, exhaustion, identity changes, and postpartum depression. She emphasized the importance of emotional support, understanding, and allowing parents time to adjust. She also encouraged mothers and fathers to seek professional help when overwhelmed, reminding families that being present matters more than being perfect.

The bond with your baby may take time, and that’s okay. Postpartum anxiety and intrusive thoughts don’t make you a bad parent. You’re not alone, speak up, seek support, and let the connection grow. #WellnessAndRelationships #RoyalFM #KigaliInTheMorning

Young people often avoid talking about finances, making it a silent struggle. This taboo prevents open conversations, leaving many confused about where their money goes. Breaking the silence around financial challenges is key to overcoming them. #PersonalFinance #MoneyTalks

Many university students start managing their own money, whether a stipend, an allowance, or support from family, before anyone teaches them how. The stress that follows affects more than their bank balance. It shows up in their studies, their wellbeing, and their confidence about the future. In Episode 29 of the Live Out Your Potential Podcast, we discuss what young people need to know about financial wellness: building healthy habits while still in school, saving on a limited income, balancing family expectations, and how financial health connects to overall wellbeing. If you mentor, teach, or support university students and scholars, this conversation is worth sharing with them. We were happy to join Kepler College on October 9, 2026, as they celebrated World Mental Health Day! 💚 Our clinical psychologist, Pacifique Igiraneza, took part in a session exploring how to seek mental health support, helping reinforce the importance of knowing when to reach out, where to find support, and taking that first step toward well-being. Thank you to @Kepler_College for creating a platform for this important conversation.
