What an interesting new tool by Lily!
Lily's Caption Maker is now live on my website (link in comment). You can choose from two themes, Lily's Style and Utilitarian. I had so much fun with that; it reminds me of using our first family computer that had Windows 3.1. Anyway, if you are not paying for a video editor that makes automatic captions for you, here's a lightweight program you can use that is very similar to YouTube's manual feature. I'll make a little tutorial video showing it off later today.
