Fun fact - I love animals so much that I received an ASBO at the age of 13 for curb stomping someone swinging their staffy puppy around on its leash.
Although living in middlesbrough getting an ASBO was like a rite of passage to becoming a teenager.
Being a Dev is brutal and I applaud and appreciate all of my Dev mutuals.
As much as it's sad to see them scrap reignited I also think its for the best. Its a lose/lose for Jagex.
They go through with reignited and veterans moan and quit and they lose their current consistent income on a chance of potentials in hopes they last more than a few months of 'nostalgia'
They don't go through with it and they keep veterans but due to the hate online also lose a lot of potential new players and have to pin their hopes on the 2027 roadmap.

I think this shows the difference in dev and player thinking, as a player a single kill isn't that great, however as a dev and the thought process it highlights a hell of a lot more since it shows multiple parts of the game off.
I do however think anyone getting upset at the winner is a bum.

And this is why I love @WARDOGS it's always good to see companies that over predict a power balance and then correct it rather than say eh fuck it wait till next season.
I think this is a lot better middle ground because like @Brammflakes said people want to play, how they want. And it stops me having to rely on a team that isn't attempting to rocket helis. Big W
📢 PSA: We have made 2 key balance changes.
Within the next 12 hours, the IR Rangefinders will be disabled in the vendor until Season 02, where they will require batteries to use. In this instance, we agree with player sentiment and they cross the line into being too overpowered.
The CWIS also now destroys the havoc in around 6 seconds as opposed to 12. We acknowledge we overcorrected this in the previous patch and have hotfixed the issue this morning. No new client download required.
