The data reveals what’s possible when schools implement PLC at Work® with high fidelity. 📊✨ The 2026 National Study of Professional Learning Communities at Work found statistically significant gains in student achievement, including the equivalent of 3.4 additional months of learning in math and 2.9 additional months in reading across the schools studied. Behind those numbers is a powerful idea: when educators collaborate around student learning, measurable growth can follow. 🔎 Discover the research behind the results: mkt.solutiontree.com/nationa… Source: National Study of Professional Learning Communities at Work, Socially Responsible Evaluation in Education (SREED), University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, 2026. #PLCatWork #ProfessionalLearningCommunities #StudentAchievement #StudentGrowth #SchoolImprovement #EducationResearch #SolutionTree

The national numbers are compelling—but the state-level results tell an even bigger story. 📊 In the 2026 National Study of Professional Learning Communities at Work, schools implementing PLC at Work® with high fidelity showed statistically significant gains in student achievement across multiple states. Nationally, students experienced gains equivalent to approximately 3.4 additional months of math learning and 2.9 additional months of reading learning. At the state level, some of the largest improvements were measured in Kentucky, South Carolina, Iowa, and California, with especially notable reading gains in Kentucky and Missouri. The takeaway: when collaboration is sustained, focused on learning, and supported by the right processes, measurable student growth can follow. ➡️ Swipe through the data, then explore the full research: mkt.solutiontree.com/nationa… Source: National Study of Professional Learning Communities at Work, Socially Responsible Evaluation in Education (SREED), University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, 2026. #PLCatWork #ProfessionalLearningCommunities #StudentAchievement #StudentGrowth #SchoolImprovement #EducationResearch #SolutionTree
