I finally read the last chapter of Blade of Courage, and it never occurred to me that Eggman could conduct experiments on humans, it surprised me in a very positive way.
So, does this retroactively make that "power-up Metal Sonic" in Mania Adventures also Super Metal Sonic?
Because... yk, it's literally that same, even in concept
SEGA has confirmed to Sonic City that the powered-up Metal Sonic in the new Memories and Beyond trailer is Super Metal Sonic!
A Japanese dub is also in production.

So... IDW #91 got leaked and... Do they really need to write "read Blade of Courage" on each page? LMAO
Also, if you are a fan of a certain game, you will love it
Sonic Team head Takashi Iizuka says there are 3 main eras for the Sonic series!
1. Classic Era: 1991 - 1997
2. Second Generation Era (3D): 1998 - 2019
3. Sonic Movie Era: 2020 onwards
“Speaking specifically about the Sonic games, the period from the birth of Sonic the Hedgehog in 1991 to around 1997 was the “classic” era of the Sonic series.
Then, Sonic Adventure came out in 1998, marking the “second generation” era, in which Sonic began evolving into a new form that spoke and moved in 3D.
If I were to define one more major period, I’d say it was around the time the movies came out. The first movie was released in 2020, and thanks to its success around the world, the Sonic franchise grew dramatically. We now have plans for up to a fourth movie, so in that sense, I feel that a new generation began in 2020, when the Sonic brand started to expand.”

Some of you seem really insecure, thinking this post is an attack on IDW. It isn’t. It’s a general criticism of how Sonic is handled across the series. When was the last time Amy threatened Sonic with her hammer? I never expected to see that again in 2026.
Considering the crossover, this could make The End the counterpart to Nekron, as both are the personification of death in Sonic and DC, respectively
