NAP OF A STAR — a #yeonbin socmed au
At seven, Soobin and Yeonjun got married in a park with a handwritten contract.
3 years later, Yeonjun asked for a divorce and moved to the states.
12 years later, he comes back.
Maybe their marriage wasn’t as over as they thought.
Happy second birthday to my Jun 🎉💕 Not much has changed, really – she’s in the same position and still nibbles the same paw, even two years on. Just a little bigger 😂❤️
Oh, I’m so glad you’ve written the next !! It’s so good.
... can i still ask for more..... 🥺 haha thanks for this 💕

Ah, Yeοnjᴜn thought, watching Beomgyᴜ share a kiss with Taehyᴜn, so this was Sօօbin’s dilemma. Everything made sense now.
When Taehyᴜn went for a deeper kiss, tongue creeping out of his tongue, Beomgyᴜ broke away with a hiss, sneaking a glance at Yeοnjᴜn. “Not in front of company — c’mon now.” He elbowed Taehyᴜn lightly, pouting. “Show some decorum.”
The mechanic rolled his eyes, yet complied, unwrapping his arms and stepping aside, but not before he dipped down and pecked Beomgyᴜ’s cheek.
Beomgyᴜ clicked his tongue, eyebrows furrowed in distaste, but his face was flushed when he ducked his head. Taehyᴜn looked entirely too pleased next to him, thumbs hooked in his belt loops.
They were cute, honestly.
A smile weaved across Yeοnjᴜn’s lips the longer he observed their interaction, chest tightening with envy at their effortless affection toward one another.
“Hey.”
Sօօbin appeared beside them unannounced, eyes darting between the couple like he was worried he had interrupted them.
Seeing how he shuffled closer, Yeοnjᴜn wondered just how much he had seen.
“Bin-ah!” Beomgyᴜ threw himself at his friend, oblivious to the tightness that set around the corners of Sօօbin’s mouth when he returned the hug, one arm curling around Beomgyᴜ’s lower back. “It’s been ages.”
A hearty laugh echoed around the room. “It’s only been a week, Beօms.”
There was a pout set upon Beomgyᴜ’s face when he pulled away. “That’s too long.”
The smile Sօօbin flashed him didn’t quite reach his eyes. “How was Japan?”
“Ugh.” Beomgyᴜ rolled his eyes, picking up one of the cups on his drink caddy and passing it to Sօօbin. “Wet. We were indoors the whole time.” He blew out a breath, shaking his head. “What a waste.”
Sօօbin hummed softly, taking a sip of his iced coffee and settling his free hand on his hip. “And they got you heading into the office the morning after you’ve flown back?”
“That’s what I’m saying,” Taehyᴜn pipped in, snagging a cup with a scoff. “Not even giving him a day to unwind.”
“Well.” Beomgyᴜ took the last drink and brought the straw up to his lips. “Someone around here needs to earn money, or else you two would be living off of cup ramen for the rest of your lives.”
Their group dynamics had Yeοnjᴜn smiling. Beomgyᴜ was a character, it was no surprise he had both men wrapped around his finger.
“Speaking of which—” Beomgyᴜ glimpsed at his wristwatch, sighing. “I better go. Don’t wanna be late.”
“Already?” It was Taehyᴜn who frowned this time, leaning into Beomgyᴜ’s space, arms winding around Beomgyᴜ’s waist like second nature. “You just got here.”
Beomgyᴜ cooed at Taehyᴜn’s petulance. “I promise I’ll come back after work, baby.”
Taehyᴜn’s forehead fell against Beomgyᴜ’s, eyes shutting. “How am I supposed to get any work done knowing you’re back, but not in my arms?”
Fondness bloomed across Beomgyᴜ’s face. He threw an arm across Taehyᴜn’s neck and bopped their noses. “Just wait a little longer, ‘kay?”
Instead of replying, Taehyᴜn pulled him into another kiss, cupping Beomgyᴜ’s face gently despite his obvious desperation.
The moment seemed to warrant some privacy, so Yeοnjᴜn averted his eyes, shifting his gaze to Sօօbin instead. Unlike him, Sօօbin kept looking. That same pining from last night swam in his eyes.
Gears in Yeοnjᴜn’s mind turned, accessing the situation. Was it wrong to wonder how he could use this to benefit him?
“Hurry back,” Taehyᴜn murmured as he separated from Beomgyᴜ.
“I will,” Beomgyᴜ assured him.
Taehyᴜn’s eyes followed Beomgyᴜ as he walked away, shamelessly checking him out, teeth sinking into his bottom lip.
“Ey—” Sօօbin smacked Taehyᴜn with a towel, tossing it over his shoulder once Taehyᴜn broke out of his haze. “Stop undressing him with your eyes.”
“You would too.” Taehyᴜn shrugged, sipping his coffee. “If you were reunited with your partner.”
He didn’t see the way Sօօbin’s jaw clenched. He had no idea how true those words were.
But Yeοnjᴜn did.

yj & sb are rival competitive swimmers who hate each other, but one magic night under the full moon, and they now have to deal with turning into mermen whilst maybe catching feelings for each other (or they already did?)

The office was surprisingly tidy.
Given Sօօbin’s disheveled appearance, Yeοnjᴜn assumed the spaces he inhabited would mirror that disorder, but not here. The desk was clear of any clutter and the carpet looked recently vacuumed.
“Wait here,” Sօօbin said, turning on a nearby lamp and flooding the room with light. “Gonna get some bedding for you.”
He slipped away without another word. The closing of the door behind him felt like the kind of finality that haunted Yeοnjᴜn in his sleep.
He pushed the thought away and took a gander around the room.
It had a simple layout. A metal desk situated in front of two windows, a leather loveseat before it, and an L-shape bookshelf framing the other two walls. By the wall that connected to the door hung a massive, abstract painting.
Yeοnjᴜn paused in front of it, scanning the deep strokes of crimson and indigo.
A memory flashed through his mind: blood pooling on dark asphalt, sirens flashing against the night sky, and a pale hand lying limply beside his red motorcycle.
“Don’t,” he told himself, bowing his head and blowing out a breath through clenched teeth. “Don’t, Jᴜn-ah.”
Shaking off the flashback, he turned away from the painting, facing the table and the couch instead. Curiosity tugged him to step forward, snagging up the picture frame that stood at the corner. He recognized Sօօbin in the photo immediately, dimples on display as he flashed a peace sign at the camera. Taehyᴜn was a bit harder to discern, looking scrawny beside him, face full of unshed baby fat — completely different from the hunk Yeοnjᴜn saw only a few minutes ago.
The last person was a mystery. At first glance, Yeοnjᴜn thought it was a woman, fooled by the voluminous, shoulder length hair and the form-fitted flared jeans. He had both arms wrapped around Sօօbin’s waist, head resting on Sօօbin’s shoulder. They seemed… close. One might even think they were closer than friends.
Is this why Sօօbin shot him down? Because he was dating someone?
The man in question barged into the room then, making Yeοnjᴜn jump in his spot. “Sorry,” he mumbled, head lowered and arms full. “Here.” He placed a stack of linen on the loveseat, a fresh sheen of sweat collecting on his chest.
“Thanks.” Yeοnjᴜn eyed him, gaze narrowing as he pondered. Would it be rude to ask? He thrust the picture frame at Sօօbin before the boldness could dissipate. “Who’s that?”
A muscle in Sօօbin’s jaw twitched when he noticed what Yeοnjᴜn was holding. He took it carefully, like it was fine China only meant to be kept behind glass doors, seen but never touched. “That’s Beomgyᴜ,” he replied, peering at the photo.
Yeοnjᴜn didn’t miss the way Sօօbin stroked his thumb over Beomgyᴜ’s face. “Your boyfriend?”
“No,” Sօօbin denied immediately, but something passed across his face. It was more than forlornness. It looked like longing.
Huh. An old flame maybe? Or a lost friend?
“Is he dead?”
Sօօbin cast him a cold gaze and Yeοnjᴜn ducked his head, heat creeping up his neck. Shit, that was kinda insensitive. It wasn’t his place to pry.
He went to apologize, but Sօօbin brushed past him, mouth tight. “No,” he answered, putting the picture frame back in its place. “He’s not dead.”
But his illusiveness spoke volumes and Yeοnjᴜn’s interest was piqued. “But he’s the reason you wouldn’t sleep with me.”
Sօօbin’s nose flared, fists appearing at his sides, and Yeοnjᴜn smirked.
Bingo.
“Whoever he is and whatever your relationship is with him… it’s stopping you from fucking me.” His bluntness had Sօօbin’s back tensing, jaw locked. “I know you’re into me,” Yeοnjᴜn purred, daring to slide a palm up Sօօbin’s bare arm. “I know I made you hard.”
Red bloomed across Sօօbin’s cheeks, but he snorted, shaking his head. “You’re full of yourself.”
Yeοnjᴜn shrugged, pursing his lips. “I’d rather be full of you.”
Rolling his eyes, Sօօbin shoved Yeοnjᴜn’s hand off and stormed toward the exit, not sparing him another glance.
“Good night, Yeοnjᴜn-ssi.”

When the mechanic said what the cost of the repairs would be, Yeοnjᴜn’s heart dropped to his stomach.
“That’s…” He blinked stupidly, mind reeling. This was not how his evening was supposed to go. “I don’t have that much.”
Sօօbin wiped his hands on a dirty rag, leaning against a work bench. “How much do you have?”
The truth was Yeοnjᴜn barely had anything. Enough for a single tank refill and maybe a cold sandwich at a gas station. He’d been banking on riding straight to Wօօyoung’s and then figuring everything out there. Now, he didn’t even have a way to reach his friend. Fuck.
“I…” A ragged breath left his lungs as he scrubbed a hand down his face. “I…”
What did he think? That he would waltz his bike into a repair shop and get it fixed for free? That the workers wouldn’t be busy at all and would have his bike up and running in a few hours? That he would actually reach Wօօyoung’s by nightfall and have a nice mattress to sleep on for once?
Delusions were for children. How could he forget?
Sighing deeply, Yeοnjᴜn weighted his options — except he didn’t have any. He didn’t have any money and without his bike, he was a sitting duck. He was fucked.
Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed Sօօbin picking at his nails, damp hair sticking to his forehead, arms bulging.
Yeοnjᴜn bit his lip.
Well… maybe there was something he could try.
He remembered how Sօօbin had appraised him when he’d first walked into the shop. It was fleeting. Anyone else would’ve probably overlooked it. But Yeοnjᴜn was gay. He knew when another man was checked out him, subtly or not.
He wasn’t much of a flirt, but surely this kind of thing didn’t require a lot of charm. Out here in the middle of nowhere, it was doubtful that Sօօbin got a ton of action. It shouldn’t take much to win him over.
Swallowing thickly, Yeοnjᴜn glanced around the area. He’d noticed another guy earlier, but couldn’t catch sight of him now. Better make his move before he chickened out.
“Maybe… there’s another way I can pay?”
“We don’t accept payments in installations, sorry.”
Okay, so he needed to lay it on thicker.
“No, I meant, like—” Yeοnjᴜn cleared his throat and took a step closer, breath quickening when Sօօbin lifted his face. “Is there something I could do… as a form of a payment?”
Sօօbin furrowed his eyebrows, snickering incredulously. “Like what? You wanna wash the floor for us?”
Jesus. Either this guy was totally dense or Yeοnjᴜn was not being sultry enough.
“I was thinking of something…” Lowering his head, he looked up at Sօօbin through hooded eyes and stuck his tongue against his cheek.
The reaction was instant. Sօօbin went rigid, an obvious flush blooming across his face.
Yeοnjᴜn held back the urge to smirk. Ugh, men were so easy. He almost had this in the bag.
Lifting a hand, he ran his pointer finger across his bottom lip, stretching it out obscenely before wetting it with his tongue. Sօօbin’s eyes followed the movement intensely, jaw slackening.
God, Yeοnjᴜn almost had him. He just needed a little spice to seal the deal.
In less than a handful of strides, he crowded Sօօbin’s space, backing him up against his work bench. It didn’t seem like he was breathing and his eyes never left Yeοnjᴜn’s.
So pathetic and so perfect.
Yeοnjᴜn was going to have him eating out of the palm of his hand in no time.
“Something…” Growing bold (read: desperate), he dragged a finger down the front of Sօօbin’s dirty tank top, shamelessly scanning him up and down. “Something more bodily.”
Sօօbin’s eyes glossed over and Yeοnjᴜn almost cheered out loud. Sweet success.
For a moment, he wondered how good Sօօbin’s stroke game was. But that didn’t matter. He just needed him to agree to fuck in exchange for getting his bike fixed. Sօօbin could have a limp dick and old grease on his balls for all Yeοnjᴜn cared. Nothing would get in the way of his goal.
“What do you say?” he murmured, slowly slotting his thigh between Sօօbin’s. “We got a deal or what?”
