GENTLE REMINDER ! PLEASE CUSTOMERS ! 🙏 As a client, try to be a bit more serious and professional with us ... I see a lot of things being said about artists, but some clients can be just not cool with us. 😭 Personally, I find it draining to deal with clients who don’t have a "precise" idea in mind—who tell me, "I don’t know what I want, just do what you think is best"—only for them to react, once I send a WIP based on my own concept, by saying, "I don’t like it at all, I finally have a precise idea, I’d actually prefer an illustration for the background, featuring this and that etc...". ??? How should I react in a situation like this ? 🤧 The person is asking for something that : 1. They haven’t paid for 2. Takes a huge amount of time to complete (so, am I supposed to do it for free??) Seriously, HELP ! It’s mentally exhausting and incredibly stressful.. I’m terrified that the client will end up unhappy "because of him" demand a refund, and that VGen—which never wants to deal with any hassle—will just go ahead and issue a refund without any valid reason. 😫 So please—and I don’t mean this in a harsh way—if you’re a customer and you have something specific in mind, just tell us directly we aren’t going to bite ! Please understand us ... 🙏 Thanks nonetheless to all my other clients—those who are precise, understanding, and state exactly what they want from the very beginning. Working with professional clients is a real joy, so thank you—I haven’t forgotten you ! 💗 I just needed to get this off my chest it’s been weighing heavily on me and causing me a great deal of stress—something that very few clients seem to understand...
