Europe has been hit by a major cyberattack targeting supermarkets across several countries.
Supermarkets in Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg and Estonia were hit Monday after freezer and refrigerator temperatures were reportedly raised by up to 50°C, apparently due to cyberattacks.
The attacks forced stores to dispose of large amounts of spoiled food.
A similar incident was reported at US military bases, where freezer temperatures were remotely raised and food was ruined.

BINANCE SEES $3.5 BILLION IN OUTFLOWS AFTER RECORD $6.3 BILLION HACK
Binance recorded more than $3.5 billion in net outflows Sunday, according to DefiLlama, after resuming withdrawals following a $6.3 billion cryptocurrency theft.
The exchange says it has replaced 95% of stolen assets, with withdrawals now stabilizing.
The FBI attributed the attack to North Korea’s TraderTraitor hacking group, although President Trump said the country’s involvement remains uncertain.

🚨 I’m seeing a lot of misinformation so here are facts not speculation🚨
1/ Richard Heart (HEX/PulseChain founder) was detained in Istanbul on 14 Oct on Finland's Interpol Red Notice.
So what actually happens next? A quick explainer on the extradition timeline 🧵
2/ Turkey and Finland both follow the European Convention on Extradition.
After a provisional arrest like this, Finland has to send a formal extradition request with the case documents. The clock started on 14 Oct.
3/ Day 18 (today, 1 Nov): if that request hasn't arrived, Turkey MAY release him. It doesn't have to.
Day 40 (~23 Nov): the hard limit. No request by then, and he has to be released from the extradition arrest.
4/ If the request does arrive, a Turkish court decides whether to keep him in custody while the extradition case is heard.
That case usually takes months: a criminal court rules, the ruling can be appealed, then the Justice Ministry signs off.
5/ Separate Turkish charges (e.g. over the guns seized in the raid) would be a different process with its own timeline. The 18/40-day limits only cover the extradition arrest.
6/ What would actually make the news:
• A release, which would likely come out fast
• A Turkish court ruling on the extradition
• His arrival in Finland: police usually confirm it, and a court must hold a detention hearing within days
• A Turkish indictment
7/ Bottom line: no news doesn't mean he's been released. Silence is normal while an extradition works through the courts.
