I was on a work call today. The person mentioned a minor policy change that was on the website but hadn't been announced yet. I literally started crying because I couldn't cope with even that little thing on top of everything else today. And they totally understood.

No, it absolutely does NOT "depend on how we define a millionaire" when having a million U.S. dollars in your pocket means you are NOT POOR. Simply lacking passive income doesn't mean you aren't wealthy, FFS. Why do Economists always disregard the actual context of reality?

Sure, if the "things" we're talking about are, say, cilantro in rice, prioritizing tax spending on parks over sidewalks, or enjoying summer heat versus winter snow. Not when the "things" involve objectively observable facts, harmful behaviors, or the humanity of others.
