Imagine if this brutality were happening in any Muslim country against women.
The entire world would have been turned upside down.

Currently, there are protests in France to fund education, in Spain to fund decent housing for all, and in Germany to oppose military expansion. People in Europe are waking up and realizing their governments serve capital and war, not people. Time for Americans to wake up too.

Some remarkable reporting from the Star here:
"American-controlled multinational corporations have dominated the most lucrative federal contracts under Carney’s leadership, a Toronto Star analysis of government data shows. The share of government contract dollars going to U.S. companies also increased."
A Star analysis reveals U.S. firms dominated federal contracts despite PM Mark Carney’s ‘Buy Canadian’ promise. thestar.com/news/canada/pm-m…

What Altman and his juvenile techno-futurist cult are doing here is imposing on us what my team of ultra-realist zemiologists call 'the social order of suffering and sacrifice'. All organisms risk sacrificing some of their group as they move to new or altered environments. Altman knows fine well which social groups will suffer en masse the 'bad things' he regards as essential to his entirely speculative and customised libertarian-capitalist idea of progress, and he wants us to move with minimal protection. This is large-scale soft eugenics, and I think he knows it is.
“We believe the world should accept some bad things happening for the benefits of this technology.”
In a conversation for the first edition of Decoded, a new daily newsletter and podcast, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman talked with POLITICO’s @BrendanBordelon about trade-offs, AI safety, and how his company is different from Anthropic.

The most evil men on earth all support the most evil entity on earth.
It’s almost embarrassingly easy to see who the bad guys are.
This is the greatest and easiest litmus test of our generation.
Seeing people are now realising RFK is a fraud.
RFK came out as a Zionist years ago. He made “antisemitism” his first priority when he got the job instead of you know… actual health, and he publicly defends Israel and Netanyahu.
It’s the ultimate litmus test. Those who support the Epstein class support the “country” he worked for.
And speaking of Epstein, RFK is on the Epstein list and flew on his jet, twice.

The Dulles brothers are worth understanding.
John Foster Dulles, Secretary of State under Eisenhower.
Allen Dulles, Director of the CIA.
Brothers.
Before entering government, both worked for Sullivan & Cromwell, a law firm that represented United Fruit Company, among other major corporate clients with interests abroad.
Under their leadership, the CIA overthrew the government of Iran in 1953. The oil settlement that followed gave Anglo-Iranian Oil 40 percent of the new consortium and American oil companies another 40 percent.
Under their leadership, the CIA overthrew the government of Guatemala in 1954. Árbenz's agrarian reform was dismantled, including the challenge it posed to United Fruit's enormous landholdings.
Under their leadership, the CIA covertly armed and supported regional rebels against Sukarno's government in Indonesia in 1958. An American pilot flying bombing missions for the rebels was shot down and captured.
Under their leadership, Washington backed Ngô Đình Diệm after years in the United States, then used American money, advisers and covert support to consolidate his anti-communist regime in southern Vietnam, laying the political foundation for the later American war.
This is not a conspiracy.
It is biographical fact, documented in the historical record, including in officially commissioned government histories.
The men who designed American foreign policy had direct professional histories with the corporations that benefited from it.
In any other context, we would call this a conflict of interest.
In the context of American foreign policy, it was called national security.

French students are rioting because of austerity imposed against the education system in order to pay foreign debt to Wall street banks and asset managers. Dilapidated facilities, overcrowded classrooms and chronic teacher shortage are the result.
And now, a new 2027 budget plan that cuts an additional 43 billion to welfare and student benefits. 400 schools have closed because of western finance capitalism. But zionists will tell us it's because of Palestine. What a joke.

Rees-Mogg actually lied through his teeth in that part of the interview: he claims that, in a treaty, America "guaranteed" Ukraine's territorial integrity, making it "inviolable", as a "quid pro quo" for giving up its nuclear weapons.
This is completely false.
The treaty he refers to is the so-called "1994 Budapest Memorandum", whose full text you can read here: nsarchive.gwu.edu/sites/defa…
What the U.S. (alongside Russia and the UK, the other signatories) did commit to is "to respect the independence and sovereignty and the existing borders of Ukraine," to refrain from the threat or use of force against it, and to refrain from economic coercion.
These are promises about each signatory's own behavior: the US promised not to violate Ukraine's borders ITSELF, it did NOT guarantee their inviolability against anyone else - contrary to what Rees-Mogg is saying.
Steven Pifer, one of the US negotiators, wrote about this in an article he titled "Budapest Memorandum Myths" for Stanford's Center for International Security and Cooperation (cisac.fsi.stanford.edu/news/…). He writes that the claim that "the United States and Britain violated their Budapest commitments by not going to war against Russia on Ukraine’s behalf" - what Rees-Mogg is essentially saying - is "a myth."
In another article he wrote for CNN in 2014 (edition.cnn.com/2014/03/04/o…) the same Pifer explains that "U.S. negotiators — myself among them — discussed this point [i.e. the absence of security guarantees] in detail with Ukrainian counterparts so that there would be no misunderstanding."
The only thing the U.S. (and the other signatories) committed to do if Ukraine was attacked was "to seek immediate United Nations Security Council action to provide assistance to Ukraine" - and even that only in case of an aggression "in which nuclear weapons are used."
And the U.S. did go to the Security Council, but given that Russia is a permanent member of the same UN Security Council, it's of course completely useless.
Rees-Mogg is also lying on the other half of the supposed "quid pro quo": the fact that Ukraine supposedly agreed to get rid of "its nuclear weapons," emphasis on the "its."
The nuclear weapons on Ukrainian soil were never theirs to keep, and they never had operational control of the weapons: the launch authority was always in Moscow and, even if Ukraine had wanted to launch the weapons, they couldn't have because they didn't have the launch codes.
As Ramesh Thakur, former Assistant Secretary-General of the UN, explained in a 2014 article titled "the myth of Ukraine’s nuclear deterrent" (opencanada.org/the-myth-of-u…), the bombs on Ukraine's soil "were always Russian bombs that happened to be based in Ukraine" and "were not in fact Ukrainian, any more than NATO nuclear weapons stored on West European soil or U.S. bombs that used to be kept in South Korea belonged to the countries on whose territory they were located."
So there you have it, Rees-Mogg is your classic Eton-educated British politician: extremely posh and very well-spoken, supremely confident in everything he asserts, and... a shameless liar, peddling thoroughly debunked myths.
