Thanks to the @AbstractChain team, the Speed Trader Badge has been updated. Users can now qualify by opening a PENGU trade in demo mode. More updates coming. 1) Refunds All user transactions are fully recorded. We identified all "Close Position" requests that were submitted but not properly executed during the incident. Refunds have now been issued to all affected users. 2) Malicious activity We observed a spike in manipulative trading behavior, including multi-account botting, which materially contributed to today’s issues. This behavior is a direct violation of our Terms of Use, which all users agree to at sign-up. SpeedTrading reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in these activities.

UPDATE: WE ARE BACK 🏁 Earlier today, SpeedTrading experienced an outage that caused issues with deposits and trade execution. The underlying issue has been addressed, and systems are now operational! We’ve also implemented improvements to increase throughput and resiliency during high traffic. We are reviewing system logs to identify users who may have been impacted.
