Meltem's prior role was Head of Growth at Deel, helping lead the company from $1m to $1b in ARR in one of the fastest growth stories in software history.
More importantly, she learned the value of eliminating red tape and drudgery.
What Deel did for hiring, Spellbook is going to do for every contract. Buying real estate, manufacturing, shipping goods, launching rockets: all of these things require a complex web of agreements.
