Doing a $2000 investigation on a personal injury case worth more than $100k is just a business cost. Good attorneys know this. We find details that make a case. Or don’t make a case and save the attorney money.
Had time yesterday between serve attempts in east Contra Costa. Rain down to a mist, empty and beautiful nine holes at Shadow Lakes in Brentwood. Reminds me of those neighborhood Palm Springs courses. But some big hills.
How is it possible I’m putting November 3 at top of my reports? I was just playing golf until 8:45 pm a couple months ago.

350-word stories are a heck of an exercise.
How could it get better than the Wordle in 2? Hit range this evening and treated to 75 balls someone had just abandoned. Early Xmas.
