I had this bad dream that Baker Mayfield dislocated his thumb, the Rays lost the World Series and Nikita Kucherov requested a trade.

Congrats on a solid season, Rays. Now come back next season wanting it more.

Still no starting pitcher announced for Game Five. Kevin Cash is either being intentionally secretive... or he's desperate and getting hammered at a bar somewhere.

Define irony. Seymour getting that win. #RaysUp

Should be yet another interesting John Harbaugh post-game press conference.

Counting last season's 24-0 loss, the Cincinnati Bengals have now amassed six straight scoreless quarters against the Baltimore Ravens.

Here's an inexplicable way to start your NFL gambling Sunday. Stretched the Steelers to minus six only to see them cover, then have the points taken off the board thanks to a Saints offsides penalty, an automatic first down, a kneel down and the push. What the absolute fuck?

I wonder if Caleb Williams would draft Colston Loveland on his fantasy team.

Man, Cam Skattebo’s 15 minutes sure went quick.

Nice to see the Orlando Magic underachieving in their home opener. Get any potential playoff hopes for their fans out of the way early.

Say what you will about Tracy McGrady's outfit tonight, Twitter, but I lived in Orlando while he played for the Magic and I swear I saw the man perform miracles.

Define "Reeling": New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh calling out his entire backfield the week before they play what's traditionally considered the best modern run defense in the league, the Houston Texans. This Sunday should be interesting.

To whom it may concern in the NFL programming office… Please no more Dallas Cowboys games in prime time. That shit is hard to watch. After eight straight quarters of that, I’m sure you feel the same way. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While I'm gonna lose my eliminator to the Rams, I ain't mad at it. I have such disdain for that shit ass team, it brings me joy to see them feel miserably.

Jesse Palmer is the Jimmy Fallon of college football analysts, cordial, too nice to say anything mean-spirited. But if you listen between the lines to his critiques of Arch Manning's game, I'd say they were pretty scathing. As they should be.
