My neighbor is 74 and has lived in the same house since 1986. Paid $96,000 for it. Paid off the mortgage in 2014. The county now values it at $412,000. His property tax bill just crossed $5,100 a year. His Social Security is $2,280 a month. He hasn't sold anything. Hasn't earned anything from the house appreciating. He's just gotten older while everything around him got more expensive. Last week he told me he's considering selling because the taxes and insurance are becoming too much. He spent 30 years paying for the privilege of owning his house. Now he might have to leave because the neighborhood became too valuable. Tell me again how homeownership guarantees financial security.

NO DISRESPECT TO THE BANKING SYSTEM, BUT EXPLAIN THIS LOGIC TO ME. I’ve paid $2,100 in rent every single month for six years straight. That’s $151,200 paid on time, directly to shelter, without a single late payment. My landlord uses my monthly check to pay his bank mortgage on this exact apartment. Last month, I applied for a mortgage on a starter condo where the total monthly payment principal, interest, taxes, and insurance would be $1,800. The bank denied my application. Reason given: "Insufficient income to debt ratio to cover a $1,800 monthly obligation." I have proven for 72 consecutive months that I can reliably pay $2,100 to keep a roof over my head. Why does the financial system trust me to pay off someone else’s $2,100 mortgage, but considers me a high risk gamble for my own $1,800 mortgage? The system isn't measuring risk. It's enforcing a gatekeeping fee.

Yep as much as I hate to do it I have to go medical now or I can’t grow at all. Let alone marketing seeds that aren’t state sanctioned. Funny how moving to schedule 3 didn’t actually help anyone who needs the meds, only people who want the $. Just like we said. And they can blame the president all they want. It’s my state shitheads doing this. And when the president was blue, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for cannabis. So those people can fukk off too.

Medical Cannabis use, as seen in my 29 years of use, is about devotion to consistent cannabis strain and multi-ingestion methodology. You are gonna need to home grow and use the Muti-ingestion methodology for intentional healing. One Plant Theory: docs.google.com/document/d/1…
Cannabis should be as easily accessible to adults as alcohol and cigarettes are. It’s literally a medicine that helps millions of people worldwide, plus its much safer than both of those combined.

Cali Sober Movement is real!!! Seeking investment for the first CALI-SOBER MOVEMENT space!!! Seeking Cali-Sober community?? We are working to build space, events, and digital community space!
We've seen other studies show the same results. This is one reason the alcohol lobby is worried about legalising cannabis.

I mean, with these mexi packs, I would be rolling joints and packing jars for the homeless and be walking the streets saying sorry for the funky bunk weed but that we atleast giving it to folks who have low expectations.
What will you do with all 4 packs if I just gave you??

Literally 95% of cannabis folks in the "industry" don't like the flavor of cannabis... I tried to smoke with them, I know! Some OGs literally have said they don't like the flavor of cannabis. I love the taste of cannabis and often eat it raw if I trust the source.
lol. email from a weed chemist promoting their new weight loss service for just $199 on the same day politicians are calling for these type of things to be reined in. I imagined a medical cannabis system where people were actually interested in the plant. Silly old me.

“All you care about is legalizing drugs.” Or, we recognize the War on Drugs doesn’t work, creates organized crime and costs taxpayers trillions.

I'm yet to meet a homegrower that intentionally poisons themself. Conversely, I've met plenty of commercial growers who don't hesitate for a second to use whatever is at their disposal to spray plants and "fix" a problem. You wonder why I advocate for homegrow.. #HomeGrowAmnesty

Lol lol Alpha here, I behave like a bear lion... lol
YouTubers be like “wake up at 4am and run, that’s alpha!” No, it’s not. Look at apex predators; they’re all lazy. Bears hibernate, lions sleep all day. You know who wakes up at 4am and runs? Squirrels.
