Exacto. Antes el cepo + SWIFT/Payoneer se comían 3-5% y demoraban días. Hoy, con más libertad cambiaria (sin tope de US$36 mil ni pesificación forzada), las stablecoins dejan 1-2% y liquidan en minutos. Libertad es cobrarle al cliente de afuera sin que el Estado o los bancos se lleven la tajada. @StableportX apunta justo ahí.
