Lots of funding about to pour into Ukraine as well, refinery situation will worsen with higher distillate prices as well.

Oil prices could be heading for another violent spike.
Per Barclays' latest report:
- Global inventories fell to just 4.3B barrels, 200M below their seasonal average.
- Gulf oil flows fell to 7-10M barrels/ day, compared to 20M pre-war levels.
- US onshore oil production growth slowed to nearly zero.
- Very little evidence of a genuine diplomatic breakthrough.
Prices are reflecting hopes of a diplomatic breakthrough, not the reality of tight physical supply.
They can jawbone the markets as much as they want with fake headlines - but they can't magic up the barrels.
