this is why i have a real qualm with the whole "neuro-spicy" thing. if you call yourself that and it makes you feel better, go for it, i'm happy for you. there's nothing wrong with calling someone neurodivergent, it's literally what it is called. it's like saying "oh she uses a wheelchair because her spinal cord is a bit...jazzy!" stop treating people like they're children, just say what it is. stop trying to make disabilities sound less bad, it just feels wrong to me.
