It says I am live on @YouTube, this is obviously not me. I've been hacked. Working to get this resolved. Thank you. @TeamYouTube
As with any successful series, the RWS inspired its fair share of imitators. Some of these are extremely well written and, although they never reached the heights of Awdry's creations, they are fantastic stories in their own right. Here's one of them.

We at American Dad! have so much gratitude and love for Patrick Stewart. He said how happy he was to do American Dad! because he was so rarely asked to do comedy, which is insane, as his ability to get the laugh was uncanny. Thank you, Sir, for sharing your joyful spirit, inspiring voice, and willingness to be ridiculous. You turned Avery Bullock, Deputy Director of the CIA, into someone the world loved and couldn't get enough of. We will miss you.
I'm not a sci-fi fan & I'm not into superhero movies, so to me Patrick Stewart will forever be Bullock on American Dad. I always felt they were trying to see how far they could push him - "I bet he won't record that!", but he always did. I admire the hell out of that. #RIP
We need more serious actors who are not afraid to take the piss out of themselves in the name of comedy. Knowing this is an 80-year old highly-respected Shakespearian actor is what makes moments like these so funny. He was an absolute legend. #PatrickStewart #RIPPatrickStewart

Patrick Stewart always said that he loved whenever he got to play Bullock on American Dad, and given how beloved his character is, it’s not hard to see why
Rest easy, Sir Patrick 🥀

Patrick was one of those icons who we somehow all took for granted would always be with us.
I grew up as a fan, and was later gifted the privilege of becoming a colleague and friend, working with him for many years on “American Dad!”, “Family Guy”, and “Ted”. He was that rare actor who could take any bit of dialogue and elevate it, making a good writer sound great, and a great writer sound masterful. He was also as humble as they come. I remember exchanging emails with him a number of years ago when he was beginning day 1 of a new film. He commented to me that he always walked onto a new set feeling like the biggest novice there. My stunned reaction was the same as anyone’s would be. I said, “Patrick, if you feel that way, the rest of us are screwed.” We have lost a legendary actor today, and for many of us, a good friend. He will be deeply missed by the entire planet.
