Quality weekend from Rocha. Hit balls hard in BP and followed with a 99.9 EV 3B to LCF in game. Also had a 2B to RCF. Athletic player with arm strength that covers ground in the OF & makes plays. @ShooterHunt

Huge news coming out about a massive shift in the TAPPS world and for the TAPPS DI Playoff Picture β¬οΈβ¬οΈ
BREAKING:
Following an executive meeting this morning, the TAPPS Executive Board has ruled that Liberty Christian utilized an ineligible player this season and must forfeit all district contests he participated in.
As a result of this decision, Liberty Christian, the former number 1 seed and consensus favorite to win the TAPPS Division I title, will be excluded from the TAPPS Division I playoffs, ending their season immediately.
The TAPPS Division I playoffs have been delayed one week.
Thus, the TAPPS DI state title will now be played one week later, on Saturday, November 28th.
See the thread below for the implications on updated seeding and matchups:

BREAKING:
Per sources, following a TAPPS District Executive Committee Meeting this morning, Liberty Christian Football was found to have an ineligible player contributing to this yearβs production. This decision was made via a unanimous vote by the member schools.
This leads to a suspension from athletic competition of the ineligible player, and associated coach, following a violation of the βfollow the coachβ rule.
Typically, under TAPPS Constitution Article VII; Β§137.III, this results in a forfeiture of all contests participated in by an ineligible athlete. However, at this time, it is being reported that there will be no forfeiture of games by Liberty Christian.
Per reports, several TAPPS Division I district 1 member schools are filing an appeal to assess forfeiture of games to Liberty, per the TAPPS by-laws.
This would be significant, as it would knock Liberty Christian, 5-0 in district play, and the current Division I title favorites, out of postseason play.
