Lillia has been missing for one week today.
The 13-year-old disappeared after she was last seen at Piccadilly Gardens bus station last Friday (September 11). The last confirmed sighting of her was then at 1.50pm on Saturday (September 12), when detectives believe she boarded the 247 bus at the Trafford Centre.
A huge search is underway for the Bolton teenager with police holding a major press conference her mother attended last night.

Officers are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl who was last seen near Telford Central Train Station yesterday evening.
Scarlett is described as white, around 5ft 4”, with dark red/ brown hair which was tied up when she was last seen. She has an eyebrow piercing and multiple nose piercings. She was last seen wearing a black coat with grey leggings.
Scarlett was last seen at around 6.45pm yesterday (Wednesday 2 September) leaving the Odeon Cinema on Forge Gate in Overdale, Telford. It is believed she headed towards the train station and may have boarded the 19:51
Aberystwyth-Birmingham International Transport for Wales Train , before potentially heading towards Coventry.

FAMILY MAKES URGENT APPEAL FOR MISSING 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL FROM WINCHESTER

The family of a 14-year-old girl reported missing from Winchester has made an emotional appeal for information as police continue efforts to locate her.
Brooklyn, aged 14, was last seen near the Winchester Avenue area at around 11pm on Friday, 28 August. Police believe she may have travelled towards Birmingham or Derby.
Her mum, Jade Marie, said she woke on Saturday morning to an email from Brooklyn's account indicating that she was travelling by train to Derby.
According to Jade, Brooklyn later told her she was meeting a girl she had been chatting to online. Jade said she managed to make contact with her daughter and asked her to get off the train at Birmingham New Street, where Brooklyn sent proof that she was there.
Jade said Brooklyn subsequently missed trains and her phone died, with the family unable to make contact with her since approximately 9.09am on Saturday.
Police and British Transport Police are involved in the search. Jade said the case had initially been placed at a medium alert before being upgraded to a high alert, with the appeal now being shared with the media.
She said: “Never thought I'd be writing a post like this but can people please share.”
Jade added that there is a possibility Brooklyn may have continued towards Derby or could be making her way home, and urged people in the areas around Winchester, Birmingham and Derby, particularly near railway stations, to remain vigilant.
She described Brooklyn as having never done anything like this before, adding that she is “a worried mum”.
Brooklyn is described as white, approximately 5ft 4in tall and of slim build, with long dark brown hair. She may be wearing a tracksuit.
Anyone who believes they have seen Brooklyn, or knows where she may currently be, is urged to call 999 immediately, quoting incident number 44260421595.
