Officers investigating an assault at a railway station in North London have released this image in connection. At around 10pm on 30 August, a man is reported to have aggressively threatened other passengers on board a train travelling between Cambridge Heath and Hackney Downs stations. He is then reported to have punched a man at Hackney Downs station after alighting the train. Officers would like to speak to the man pictured, as they believe he may have information which could help their investigation. Officers would like to speak to the victim who was punched, as well as any witnesses of the incident. At around 8.15 am on Wednesday 2 September at Vauxhall railway station, a man is reported by witnesses to have assaulted a woman on a platform. He then fled the station. Officers would like to speak to the man pictured, as they believe he may have information that could help their investigation. They are also encouraging the victim, who at this time remains unidentified, to get in touch with police.
