Vols pick from last Saturday had me reminiscing about Reggie this week
No one like him. The best defender ever. An even better friend.
(Also see in the clip that he nearly sacks me twice. 🤯 Sometimes I still look around corners just to be safe 👀)
PUT ME IN COACH 😤
"This is the era of the quarterback..
This is my game and I wanna be back out there..
Put me in coach" 😂😂 ~ @SteveYoungQB

Breaking this in the middle of our company team building offsite wasn’t on my bingo card for this week yet here we are 🤷🏻♂️
🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨
@SteveYoungQB will be the @CollegeGameDay guest picker this Saturday at BYU #PMSLive
One of the profound things I learned from the great @RonnieLottHOF: win or lose, competition is sacred ground. If there isn’t the space and respect to lose and learn, then it’s not worth doing. 🤯
“Oh yeah, absolutely...” — @SteveYoungQB tells us he believes there is such a thing as a good loss.
There are a lot of thieves around.
The hardest lesson NFL MVP Steve Young ever had to learn.
"Fear-based thinking is a liar. I was afraid of failure, so much so that I paid this price so that I could have success. I learned as an older person, that's a fallacy. That's fraudulent."
"I'm not going to pay for success with my worry and fretting. Man, fame is a thief. Fear-based thinking is a thief. There's a lot of thieves in life."
Or will there be more parity from season to season? Interesting to think about both possibilities.
“I think the question is: Who is going to become dominant?”
— @SteveYoungQB on the biggest questions in the NFL.
Gotta get acclimated.
“Get ready to play the game and then figure out what’s next.” — @SteveYoungQB questions the Rams’ travel strategy to Australia.
Let’s let it play out a little bit . . . September’s the preseason!

How concerned is the @ProFootballHOF'er after what he saw from #RamsHouse last night in Australia?

Partnership over transaction: the paradoxical way out of a broken model.
Steve Young won three Super Bowls. Then he built one of private equity's most distinctive firms based on a different philosophy: partnership over transaction. @TonyRobbins and I sat down with @SteveYoungQB for this episode of The Holy Grail of Investing to talk about championship leadership and why partnership investing can outperform the traditional model.
