FINAL: @slopebasketball 61 @MillenniumHoops 57
What a moment for the state of Arizona. So many eyes nationally and locally were on Sunnyslope high school tonight for the biggest regular season game in the history of the state and it lived up to the hype.
Potentially four potential NBA players were on the court tonight and close to double digit division one players to top it off.
This game had it all, fantastic dunks, steals, acrobatic layups, and tough buckets galore.
What a show by @MillenniumHoops and @slopebasketball
Unofficial stats by @GreggRosenberg1
Millennium:
@Adan8D 19 points, four steals
@cameronnholmess 17 points
@treyyor_ 8 points, stellar defense
Sunnyslope:
Rider Portela: 18 points, 4 rebounds
Darius Wabbington: 20 points, 14 rebounds
Jaylin Ideran: 14 points
Ideran the MVP of the night, he righted the ship for the Vikings when it was a large deficit early and came up HUGE in the final few minutes
Is Sunnyslope the best basketball program in the valley
Multiple state championships
Multiple D1 players
ALUMNI Todd Golden led Florida to a national championship and looks like he’s going right back to the final 4
NOW they are a top 4 team on the national scene

Get your sleep tonight Arizona. The biggest game in the country takes place in Phoenix tomorrow
A top 6 national showdown!
No. 4 Sunnyslope vs No. 6 Millennium in what may be the first of three showdowns.
The biggest regular season game in the history of the state and the first ever top ten matchup in state history.
Get the popcorn ready, see y’all at Slope!
