LAT histogram may indicate if you are mapping a passive chamber, if the tachy is focal or re-entry, if the focus is located in the epicardium and where the critical isthmus could be located 🤷🏼♀️

Left-sided atypical flutter ~ 250 TCL. Terminated to sinus upon roof line (blue tag is termination point). Scar heterogeneity has created channel formation in different sites of the LA, which caused discussion on further ablation.
