⚽️ Another busy couple of weeks of Coach Development across Essex! Last week, @EssexCountyFA coaches joined us for Know Your Format (Chelmsford & Dagenham), exploring how the format we coach can influence our planning, decisions and the experiences we create for players. Then last night, we moved the focus to Plan & Deliver a Fun, Safe & Welcoming Session (Braintree) — considering what we can do as coaches to create positive learning environments where players feel safe, included and able to enjoy their football. 💭 Different topics, but a common theme: how can we make the coaching environment better for our players? A big thank you to all the coaches who have joined us, shared their experiences and contributed to the conversations over the past couple of weeks. 👏 And now we're looking ahead to October… 🎯 Individual Skill Development Our next series of practical workshops will focus on how we can support players to develop their individual skills, with opportunities to explore, discuss and put ideas into practice on the pitch. 📅 October 📍 Basildon, Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Dagenham & Southend 🎓 On Pitch learning = Development More details coming soon 👀 #EssexCoaches #CoachDevelopment #GrassrootsFootball #FootballCoaching #CPD
