Because tariffs are increasing Chinese prices the guy said this. So he could buy American at the same price but refuses to do so until forced to buy China raising price due to tariffs. 😂
I also own a small business and I am 100% for this even though I do source some raw materials from China, but if the raw materials were cheaper for US made, then I am going to buy them. The other issue I have is that a lot of the raw materials I get from China are of poor quality, but we have to compete with the low prices that China gets to import so we end up using them.
