Gemma Chan tells us what it was like developing the family dynamic for 'JOSEPHINE' alongside Channing Tatum and Mason Reeves at #LFF:
"It was really important that we had that ease that a family had with each other. Honestly, because Mason is such an intelligent young girl and so wise beyond her years and such a good listener, it really gave Channing and myself permission to be very vulnerable. We're very lucky."

One of the best performances of 2026 is Mason Reeves as the title character in Josephine. What a brilliant, confident, haunting performance that not only deserves wins in any categories for young performers but also nominations in Best Actress. She is a revelation in this film.
