Most critically: this data must NOT be made public. Doing so would compromise researcher privacy (especially for vulnerable groups), undermine confidential peer review, and expose unpublished research.
🧠 Canada can experience a true #BrainGain — but only if we invest in our research system and properly fund the researchers who drive discovery.
