The state vet in Kentucky scratched our horse on January 1, 2023 @TurfwayPark We had 3 private vets look at the horse. Had X-Rays. Nothing. This horse worked 14 times. The state vet wouldn’t okay the horse. We asked him to identity the problem. He couldn’t give an answer. He just said “I know something is wrong with the horse.” The horse was on the Vet’s List for 15 months before we retired her. Doc Pelphrey was livid.
