This is what I wanted when I started making AI images. The same person in every frame, edits that leave the rest of the image alone, and quick enough to keep going.

We prototype apps. We prototype products. Makes sense to prototype a video shot too.
That’s how I’ve started thinking about Dreamina Seedance 2.5 (for preview): 480p is the prototype, native 1080p is the production version.
And there’s currently a full month of Dreamina Basic for $1.5, up to 90% off until Oct 9.

I had $300 in sponsored campaigns on paper.
Only $100 was actually in my bank.
That distinction sounds obvious, but when you’re managing multiple brand deals at the same time, it’s surprisingly easy to lose track of what “revenue” actually means.
So I gave Viktor 3 real campaigns:
• Viktor: $100 post, delivered + paid
• HIX: $50 quote, delivered + unpaid
• Peso: $150 post, not delivered yet
At first, I thought tracking this was obvious. Add up the deals, mark what’s paid, and move on. I didn’t expect separating every campaign by stage to change the picture much.
Viktor mapped the whole pipeline.
$300 contracted
$150 delivered
$100 collected
$50 delivered but still unpaid
$150 still dependent on delivery
So despite having $300 in deals, only 33.3% was actually collected cash.
The interesting part wasn’t the calculation.
It was what Viktor did with it.
Instead of putting every campaign into the same “revenue” bucket, he separated them by stage and gave each one a next action.
Viktor → closed
HIX → confirm invoice status
Peso → confirm delivery date
That’s a much better way to look at a creator business.
Signed revenue tells you what you’ve sold.
Delivered revenue tells you what you’ve completed.
Collected revenue tells you what you actually have.
Viktor can keep that pipeline updated, flag campaigns that need attention and prepare follow-ups, while I still approve anything that gets sent externally.
Most creators don’t lose track of money because they can’t sell.
They lose track because 10 different deals are sitting at 10 different stages.

33 hours of work per week. Only 10 of them are actually spent creating.
I create AI content on X, and I assumed most of my week was still going into the creative side.
So I tracked where the time actually went and gave the breakdown to Viktor.
At first, I was skeptical this would tell me anything useful. I already knew my own workflow, so I expected Viktor to mostly confirm what I thought I knew.
10h creating content
7h researching AI tools and news
4h testing tools
3h managing sponsored campaigns
7h on emails and brand communication
2h tracking invoices and payments
The result surprised me.
Only 30.3% of my week goes into creation. The other 69.7% goes into everything around it.
Viktor identified 19 hours of recurring work where he could prepare part of the job: research digests, email triage, campaign tracking, deadlines, invoices and payment follow-ups.
That’s the opportunity, not 19 hours magically saved. We’re measuring the actual difference over the next week.
Viktor prepares, organizes and monitors the work. I still test the tools, make the creative decisions and approve anything that goes outside.
Most creators don’t have a creation problem. Their time gets eaten by everything surrounding creation.
A copilot helps you work. An AI employee works when you don’t.

$600 from 3 campaigns. 4 hours of work. $150/hour overall.
But one campaign was 3x more efficient than the other two.
We run sponsored AI campaigns at Neura Agency, and I used to judge deals mostly by the number on the contract.
A $200 campaign looked obviously better than a $100 one.
At first, I thought the analysis would just confirm that logic. Bigger fee, better deal. There didn’t seem to be much else to analyze.
That stopped making sense when we gave Viktor the actual working time behind 3 recent campaigns.
Dreamina: $300, 1 hour → $300/hour
Viktor: $100, 1 hour → $100/hour
Magnific: $200, 2 hours → $100/hour
Magnific paid 2x more than Viktor, but took 2x longer. Economically, they were identical.
Dreamina was different. It generated 50% of the $600 revenue while using only 25% of the 4 working hours.
Viktor turned that into a metric our team can track across every collaboration: effective revenue per working hour, alongside the headline fee.
He does the analysis and flags the tradeoffs. We still decide which campaigns to accept and what rates to charge.
A bigger contract isn’t always a better deal.
We didn’t add a tool to the stack. We added a member to the team, and it showed up in the P&L.

I counted how many steps my usual AI video workflow takes.
Generate a shot.
Generate another.
Fix inconsistencies.
Find transitions.
Add sound.
Edit everything together.
Too many.
So I tested whether Wan 3.0 on Magnific could collapse that workflow into something simpler.
Result:
be.magnific.com/4wPeipA
Wan 3.0’s multi-shot generation changes that equation.
Up to 30 seconds, 1080p, native sound, multiple directed shots.
Instead of assembling the story after generation, more of the story can exist inside the generation.
That’s where I see the efficiency gain.
I judge AI tools by a pretty boring metric:
How much work disappears?
Not how impressive the demo looks.
This workflow removed enough manual stitching that I’ll keep using it.
