this literally happened to me with a chicken pot pie and they were gonna pull security camera footage bc they thought it was someone else so i had to confess to my boss through email to make it stop
except i knew it wasnt mine but it was in the freezer for like 5 months and i was bored/wanted to see if it was good bc no one claimed it....it was my other boss's 😭
