Two numbers sit at the heart of the TARC token: 90 and 5.
Here's what they mean in plain English.
The 90 is the share of supply that went to the community. A project that sets aside most of its supply for the people who join it is trying to be a community project from day one, and not just call itself one.
The 5 is the share that's timelocked for one to three years. A timelock simply means those tokens are locked until the period ends. They can't be moved before then, and anyone can see that.
These numbers describe how the supply was set up at launch. They're a starting structure, and they don't tell you anything beyond that.
It's also worth being clear about what the TARC token is. It's separate from the railway infrastructure.
