Meet Stephen Walsh - a graduate of the MSc in Health Policy & Management. A community pharmacist, his MSc dissertation analysed the effect of the introduction of prescribing guidelines and an online reimbursement application system on oral nutritional supplement prescribing.
Stephen has since continued his research interests through being awarded a funded Clement Archer PhD research position in RCSI, where his research focuses on sustainable healthcare to embed sustainability into the education and practice of healthcare professionals.

Sara has worked for more than 25 years as a researcher and educator in and of health systems and policy. This includes as PI for Health Research Board (HRB)-funded Foundations for Sláintecare Implementation research project.
She has also worked as a member of the core team of researchers that provided technical support for the Oireachtas Committee on the Future of Healthcare, which informed Sláintecare, Ireland’s reform programme for achieving a universal single-tier health and social care system.
